What counts as a resolved case

One flat unit per end-to-end SOP run. No token fees, no per-step charges, no surprises.

A "resolved case" is a workflow run that completes end-to-end against the defined SOP and is not taken over by a human within 24 hours.

Non-billable runs

  • Workflow runs that exit before taking any external action
  • Test runs from the workflow editor
  • Duplicate triggers on the same underlying case within 24h
  • Cases where a human agent takes over within 24 hours of CorePiper's execution (the trust clause)

Every resolved case that meets the above equals one unit. No variable pricing by complexity, LLM tokens, or number of systems touched.
