One flat unit per end-to-end SOP run. No token fees, no per-step charges, no surprises.
A "resolved case" is a workflow run that completes end-to-end against the defined SOP and is not taken over by a human within 24 hours.
Non-billable runs
- Workflow runs that exit before taking any external action

- Cases where a human agent takes over within 24 hours of CorePiper's execution (the trust clause)
