Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Core Piper platform (“Service”) operated by Core Piper (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using the Service, you confirm that you:
- Are at least 18 years of age
- Have the authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or your organization
- Agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Core Piper is an AI-powered operations automation platform that allows you to:
- Create AI agent “skills” with natural language instructions
- Connect third-party integrations (Salesforce, Jira, custom APIs)
- Receive and process webhooks with configurable routing rules
- Execute automated workflows with human-in-the-loop oversight
- Monitor session history and audit trails
3. Accounts
3.1 Registration
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
3.2 Organizations
Accounts operate within organizations. Organization administrators can invite members, manage roles, and configure billing. You are responsible for all activity under your organization.
3.3 Account Security
You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized use of your credentials.
4. Plans and Billing
4.1 Subscription Plans
The Service is offered under multiple plans (Pay-As-You-Go, Growth, and Enterprise), each with different feature limits, quotas, and pricing. Plan details are described on our pricing page.
4.2 Payment
- Paid plans are billed monthly or annually depending on your selection.
- Per-case fees are billed based on usage.
- Payments are processed through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees.
4.3 Plan Changes
You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect at the start of the next billing cycle unless otherwise stated.
4.4 Refunds
Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. If you cancel a paid plan, you retain access until the end of the current billing period.
4.5 Overdue Payments
If payment fails, we may suspend access to paid features until the balance is resolved. We will provide reasonable notice before suspension.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights
- Transmit malware, viruses, or other harmful code
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' data
- Circumvent security measures, rate limits, or access controls
- Use AI skills to generate illegal, abusive, harassing, or discriminatory content
- Scrape, crawl, or reverse-engineer the Service
- Resell or redistribute access without authorization
- Exceed plan quotas through technical manipulation
- Submit webhook payloads designed to exploit or attack the platform
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
6. Your Data
6.1 Ownership
You retain ownership of all data you submit to the Service (“Your Data”), including skill configurations, webhook payloads, integration credentials, and session outputs.
6.2 License to Us
You grant us a limited license to use Your Data solely to provide and improve the Service.
6.3 Data Processing
- We act as a data processor on your behalf when executing skills that interact with third-party services.
- We do not use Your Data to train AI models.
- Integration credentials are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM.
- Session event logs are redacted to remove credentials, tokens, and PII.
6.4 Data Portability
You may export Your Data at any time through the Service or by contacting us.
6.5 Data Deletion
Upon account termination, we will delete Your Data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
7. Third-Party Integrations
7.1 Your Responsibility
When you connect third-party services, you are responsible for:
- Ensuring you have the right to connect those services
- Complying with those providers' terms of service
- Managing the permissions and scopes granted to Core Piper
7.2 No Endorsement
We do not endorse or guarantee the availability, accuracy, or security of third-party services. Your use of integrations is at your own risk.
8. AI-Generated Outputs
8.1 No Guarantee of Accuracy
AI skills produce outputs based on the instructions you provide and the data available. We do not guarantee that outputs are accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.
8.2 Human Oversight
You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated outputs, especially for high-stakes decisions. The Human-In-The-Loop feature facilitates review, but ultimate responsibility rests with you.
8.3 Ownership of Outputs
You own the outputs generated by your AI skills, subject to the terms of the underlying AI model provider (Anthropic).
9. Intellectual Property
9.1 Our Property
The Service, including its software, design, branding, and documentation, is owned by Core Piper and protected by intellectual property laws.
9.2 Feedback
If you provide suggestions, ideas, or feedback, we may use them without obligation or compensation.
10. Service Availability
10.1 Uptime
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
10.2 Modifications
We may modify, update, or discontinue features at any time. For material changes that reduce functionality, we will provide reasonable advance notice.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
- We are not liable for actions taken by AI skills, including errors or unintended consequences.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:
- Your use of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Data processed through your skill configurations and integrations
13. Termination
13.1 By You
You may cancel your account at any time. Access to paid features ends at the conclusion of the current billing period.
13.2 By Us
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, fail to pay fees, or engage in activity that threatens the Service. We will provide reasonable notice except in severe cases.
13.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. Sections that by their nature should survive will continue to apply.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
15. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or class action.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
17. General
- Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement.
- Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
- Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver.
- Assignment: You may not assign your rights without our consent. We may assign ours freely.
